For more than 14 years, Diana has been one of the leading executive coaches in the Houston area and provides her services to a variety of clients locally and around the country.
Following a 22-year career with ExxonMobil, Diana earned her coaching credentials at Penn State. Since 2007, she has been coaching executives representing a wide variety of business sectors. Diana was recently certified as a Marshall Goldsmith Executive Coach.
Diana has also achieved advanced certification in the Birkman Method, as well as certification in the Birkman Mindset, Birkman Team Building and Team Facilitation.
Diana’s experience spans many industries in both public and private sectors. While her focus is on C-Suite and Senior Management Teams, she has also worked with people who are new to a leadership role as well as high potential individuals. In addition, she has had the opportunity to facilitate team building across varied industry sectors.
